The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.16.296, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 296 of Adi-khanda chapter 16—“The Glories of Shri Haridasa Thakura”.

শুনি’ বিপ্রাধমের বচন হরিদাস ‘হরি’ বলি’ ঈষত্ হৈল কিছু হাস ॥ ২৯৬ ॥

शुनि’ विप्राधमेर वचन हरिदास ‘हरि’ बलि’ ईषत् हैल किछु हास ॥ २९६ ॥

śuni’ viprādhamera vacana haridāsa ‘hari’ bali’ īṣat haila kichu hāsa || 296 ||

suni’ vipradhamera vacana haridasa ‘hari’ bali’ isat haila kichu hasa (296)

English translation:

(296) Hearing the words of that sinful brāhmaṇa, Haridāsa smiled and chanted the name of Hari.
