The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.16.183, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 183 of Adi-khanda chapter 16—“The Glories of Shri Haridasa Thakura”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 1.16.183:

“মহা-নাগ বৈসে এই গোফার ভিতরে তাহার জ্বালায কেহ রহিতে না পারে ॥ ১৮৩ ॥

“महा-नाग वैसे एइ गोफार भितरे ताहार ज्वालाय केह रहिते ना पारे ॥ १८३ ॥

“mahā-nāga vaise ei gophāra bhitare tāhāra jvālāya keha rahite nā pāre || 183 ||

“maha-naga vaise ei gophara bhitare tahara jvalaya keha rahite na pare (183)

English translation:

(183) “There is a big snake living in this cave, and no one can remain here due to the effect of its poison.
