The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.16.123, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 123 of Adi-khanda chapter 16—“The Glories of Shri Haridasa Thakura”.

সর্ব-শক্তি-সমন্বিত প্রভু-হরিদাস হৈলেন অচেষ্ট, কোথা ও নাহি শ্বাস ॥ ১২৩ ॥

सर्व-शक्ति-समन्वित प्रभु-हरिदास हैलेन अचेष्ट, कोथा ओ नाहि श्वास ॥ १२३ ॥

sarva-śakti-samanvita prabhu-haridāsa hailena aceṣṭa, kothā o nāhi śvāsa || 123 ||

sarva-sakti-samanvita prabhu-haridasa hailena acesta, kotha o nahi svasa (123)

English translation:

(123) Haridāsa, who was endowed with all mystic powers, then became motionless and his breathing stopped.
