The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.16.38, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 38 of Adi-khanda chapter 16—“The Glories of Shri Haridasa Thakura”.

পাপীর বচন শুনি’ সেহ পাপ-মতি ধরি’ আনাইল তা’নে অতি শীঘ্রগতি ॥ ৩৮ ॥

पापीर वचन शुनि’ सेह पाप-मति धरि’ आनाइल ता’ने अति शीघ्रगति ॥ ३८ ॥

pāpīra vacana śuni’ seha pāpa-mati dhari’ ānāila tā’ne ati śīghragati || 38 ||

papira vacana suni’ seha papa-mati dhari’ anaila ta’ne ati sighragati (38)

English translation:

(38) Hearing the words of the sinful Kazi, the sinful king immediately called for Haridāsa.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

The sinful king, who was hostile to devotional service, ordered that Haridāsa be arrested without delay.
