The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.15.20, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 20 of Adi-khanda chapter 15—“Marriage with Shri Vishnupriya”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 1.15.20:

পিতা-মাতা-আদি করি’ যতেক তোমার কহ দেখি,—শ্রীহট্টে না হয জন্ম কা’র? ॥ ২০ ॥

पिता-माता-आदि करि’ यतेक तोमार कह देखि,—श्रीहट्टे ना हय जन्म का’र? ॥ २० ॥

pitā-mātā-ādi kari’ yateka tomāra kaha dekhi,—śrīhaṭṭe nā haya janma kā’ra? || 20 ||

pita-mata-adi kari’ yateka tomara kaha dekhi,—srihatte na haya janma ka’ra? (20)

English translation:

(20) “Tell us, aren’t Your parents and forefathers born in Śrīhaṭṭa?

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

From this it is clearly understood that both Jagannātha Miśra and Śacīdevī took birth at Śrīhaṭṭa.
