The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.13.36, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 36 of Adi-khanda chapter 13—“Defeating Digvijayi”.

সহস্র সহস্র মহা-মহা-ভট্টাচার্য সবেই চিন্তেন মনে, ছাডি’ সর্ব কার্য ॥ ৩৬ ॥

सहस्र सहस्र महा-महा-भट्टाचार्य सबेइ चिन्तेन मने, छाडि’ सर्व कार्य ॥ ३६ ॥

sahasra sahasra mahā-mahā-bhaṭṭācārya sabei cintena mane, chāḍi’ sarva kārya || 36 ||

sahasra sahasra maha-maha-bhattacarya sabei cintena mane, chadi’ sarva karya (36)

English translation:

(36) Thousands of great Bhaṭṭācāryas left their duties out of anxiety.
