The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.12.245, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 245 of Adi-khanda chapter 12—“The Lord’s Wandering Throughout Navadvipa”.

ললাটে তিলক-ঊর্দ্ধ্ব, পুস্তক শ্রী-করে দৃষ্টি-মাত্রে পদ্ম-নেত্রে সর্ব-পাপ হরে’ ॥ ২৪৫ ॥

ललाटे तिलक-ऊर्द्ध्व, पुस्तक श्री-करे दृष्टि-मात्रे पद्म-नेत्रे सर्व-पाप हरे’ ॥ २४५ ॥

lalāṭe tilaka-ūrddhva, pustaka śrī-kare dṛṣṭi-mātre padma-netre sarva-pāpa hare’ || 245 ||

lalate tilaka-urddhva, pustaka sri-kare drsti-matre padma-netre sarva-papa hare’ (245)

English translation:

(245) His forehead was decorated with tilaka, and in His hands He carried some books. A glance from His lotus eyes destroyed all sins.
