The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.12.73, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 73 of Adi-khanda chapter 12—“The Lord’s Wandering Throughout Navadvipa”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 1.12.73:

বিষ্ণু-তৈল, নারাযণ-তৈল দেন শিরে সভে করে প্রতিকার, যা’র যেন স্ফুরে ॥ ৭৩ ॥

विष्णु-तैल, नारायण-तैल देन शिरे सभे करे प्रतिकार, या’र येन स्फुरे ॥ ७३ ॥

viṣṇu-taila, nārāyaṇa-taila dena śire sabhe kare pratikāra, yā’ra yena sphure || 73 ||

visnu-taila, narayana-taila dena sire sabhe kare pratikara, ya’ra yena sphure (73)

English translation:

(73) They applied some medicinal oils on the Lord’s head and tried to cure Him any way they could.
