The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.12.29, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 29 of Adi-khanda chapter 12—“The Lord’s Wandering Throughout Navadvipa”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 1.12.29:

পরম-পণ্ডিত-জ্ঞান হৈল সবার সবেই করেন দেখি’ সম্ভ্রম অপার ॥ ২৯ ॥

परम-पण्डित-ज्ञान हैल सबार सबेइ करेन देखि’ सम्भ्रम अपार ॥ २९ ॥

parama-paṇḍita-jñāna haila sabāra sabei karena dekhi’ sambhrama apāra || 29 ||

English translation:

(29) Everyone considered Nimāi a most learned scholar, so they treated Him with awe and reverence.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

The Lord defeated all the teachers of Navadvīpa by His unparalleled knowledge and was established as the most learned scholar. Everyone

respected Him as the foremost scholar.
