The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.12.12, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 12 of Adi-khanda chapter 12—“The Lord’s Wandering Throughout Navadvipa”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 1.12.12:

অলঙ্কার বিচার করিব তোমা’ সনে” প্রভু কহে,—“বুঝ তোর যেবা লয মনে” ॥ ১২ ॥

अलङ्कार विचार करिब तोमा’ सने” प्रभु कहे,—“बुझ तोर येबा लय मने” ॥ १२ ॥

alaṅkāra vicāra kariba tomā’ sane” prabhu kahe,—“bujha tora yebā laya mane” || 12 ||

alankara vicara kariba toma’ sane” prabhu kahe,—“bujha tora yeba laya mane” (12)

English translation:

(12) “Today we should discuss alaṅkāra.” The Lord replied, “As you desire.”
