The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.11.58, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 58 of Adi-khanda chapter 11—“Meeting with Shri Ishvara Puri”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 1.11.58:

এই-মত যত পাপ-পাষণ্ডীর গণ দেখিলেই বৈষ্ণবেরে, করে, কু-কথন ॥ ৫৮ ॥

एइ-मत यत पाप-पाषण्डीर गण देखिलेइ वैष्णवेरे, करे, कु-कथन ॥ ५८ ॥

ei-mata yata pāpa-pāṣaṇḍīra gaṇa dekhilei vaiṣṇavere, kare, ku-kathana || 58 ||

ei-mata yata papa-pasandira gana dekhilei vaisnavere, kare, ku-kathana (58)

English translation:

(58) In this way all the sinful atheists abused the Vaiṣṇavas whenever they saw them.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

The word saṃkathana refers to the disclosure of contrary feelings, while profusely criticizing the Vaiṣṇavas.
