The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.10.79, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 79 of Adi-khanda chapter 10—“Marriage with Shri Lakshmipriya”.

অধিবাস-লগ্ন করিলেন শুভ-দিনে নৃত্য, গীতা, নানা বাদ্য বা’য নট-গণে ॥ ৭৯ ॥

अधिवास-लग्न करिलेन शुभ-दिने नृत्य, गीता, नाना वाद्य वा’य नट-गणे ॥ ७९ ॥

adhivāsa-lagna karilena śubha-dine nṛtya, gītā, nānā vādya vā’ya naṭa-gaṇe || 79 ||

adhivasa-lagna karilena subha-dine nrtya, gita, nana vadya va’ya nata-gane (79)

English translation:

(79) On an auspicious day they held the Adhivāsa ceremony, during which people danced and sang while musicians played various instruments.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

The rituals in which sandalwood pulp and flower garlands are offered the day before an auspicious ceremony is called Adhivāsa.
