The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.9.238, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 238 of Adi-khanda chapter 9—“Nityananda’s Childhood Pastimes and Travels to Holy Places”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 1.9.238:

শ্রী কৃষ্ণ-চৈতন্য নিত্যানন্দ-চান্দ জান বৃন্দাবন দাস তছু পদ-যুগে গান ॥ ২৩৮ ॥

श्री कृष्ण-चैतन्य नित्यानन्द-चान्द जान वृन्दावन दास तछु पद-युगे गान ॥ २३८ ॥

śrī kṛṣṇa-caitanya nityānanda-cānda jāna vṛndāvana dāsa tachu pada-yuge gāna || 238 ||

sri krsna-caitanya nityananda-canda jana vrndavana dasa tachu pada-yuge gana (238)

English translation:

(238) Accepting Śrī Caitanya and Nityānanda Prabhu as my life and soul, I, Vṛndāvana dāsa, sing the glories of Their lotus feet.

Thus ends this English translation of the Gauḍīya-bhāṣya commentary on Śrī Caitanya-bhāgavata, Ādi-khaṇḍa, Chapter Nine, entitled, “Nityānanda’s Childhood Pastimes and Travels to Holy Places.”
