The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.9.176, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 176 of Adi-khanda chapter 9—“Nityananda’s Childhood Pastimes and Travels to Holy Places”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 1.9.176:

অহর্-নিশ কৃষ্ণ-প্রেমে মদ্যপের প্রায হাসে, কান্দে, হৈ হৈ করে হায হায ॥ ১৭৬ ॥

अहर्-निश कृष्ण-प्रेमे मद्यपेर प्राय हासे, कान्दे, है है करे हाय हाय ॥ १७६ ॥

ahar-niśa kṛṣṇa-preme madyapera prāya hāse, kānde, hai hai kare hāya hāya || 176 ||

ahar-nisa krsna-preme madyapera praya hase, kande, hai hai kare haya haya (176)

English translation:

(176) Out of love for Kṛṣṇa, he would day and night laugh, cry, and exclaim “Haya! Haya!” almost like a drunkard.
