The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.9.81, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 81 of Adi-khanda chapter 9—“Nityananda’s Childhood Pastimes and Travels to Holy Places”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 1.9.81:

কথোক্ষণে রণ করি’ জিনিযা কুম্ভীর আসি’ দেখে হনুমান্ আর মহাবীর ॥ ৮১ ॥

कथोक्षणे रण करि’ जिनिया कुम्भीर आसि’ देखे हनुमान् आर महावीर ॥ ८१ ॥

kathokṣaṇe raṇa kari’ jiniyā kumbhīra āsi’ dekhe hanumān āra mahāvīra || 81 ||

kathoksane rana kari’ jiniya kumbhira asi’ dekhe hanuman ara mahavira (81)

English translation:

(81) After a short fight, Hanumān defeated the crocodile. When Hanumān returned to the renunciate’s āśrama, he saw a mighty warrior.
