The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.9.33, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 33 of Adi-khanda chapter 9—“Nityananda’s Childhood Pastimes and Travels to Holy Places”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 1.9.33:

কোন-দিন করে গোপীর বসন-হরণ কোন-দিন করে যজ্ঞ-পত্নী-দরশন ॥ ৩৩ ॥

कोन-दिन करे गोपीर वसन-हरण कोन-दिन करे यज्ञ-पत्नी-दरशन ॥ ३३ ॥

kona-dina kare gopīra vasana-haraṇa kona-dina kare yajña-patnī-daraśana || 33 ||

kona-dina kare gopira vasana-harana kona-dina kare yajna-patni-darasana (33)

English translation:

(33) One day they enacted Kṛṣṇa’s pastime of stealing the gopīs’ clothes, and another day they enacted His meeting the wives of the brāhmaṇas.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

Regarding gopīra vasana-haraṇa—“stealing the gopīs’ clothes,” one should see Śrīmad Bhāgavatam (10.22.1-28).

Regarding yajña-patnī-daraśana—“meeting the wives of the

brāhmaṇas,” one should see Śrīmad Bhāgavatam (10.23.18-32).
