The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.9.29, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 29 of Adi-khanda chapter 9—“Nityananda’s Childhood Pastimes and Travels to Holy Places”.

কোন-দিন তালবনে শিশু-গণ লৈযা শিশু-সঙ্গে তাল খায ধেনুক মারিযা ॥ ২৯ ॥
कोन-दिन तालवने शिशु-गण लैया शिशु-सङ्गे ताल खाय धेनुक मारिया ॥ २९ ॥
kona-dina tālavane śiśu-gaṇa laiyā śiśu-saṅge tāla khāya dhenuka māriyā || 29 ||
kona-dina talavane sisu-gana laiya sisu-sange tala khaya dhenuka mariya (29)
English translation:
(29) Another day the Lord and His friends went to Tālavana, where they killed Dhenukāsura and then ate tāla fruits.
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
In the Śrīmad Bhāgavatam (10.15.21) Tālavana is described as su-mahad vanaṃ tālāli-saṅkulam—“a very great forest filled with rows of palm trees.”
The words dhenuka māriyā mean “by killing the demon Dhenuka.” This pastime is described in the Śrīmad Bhāgavatam (10.15.32) as follows: “Lord Balarāma seized Dhenuka by his hooves, whirled him about with one hand and threw him into the top of a palm tree. The violent wheeling motion killed the demon.”
