The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.9.10, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 10 of Adi-khanda chapter 9—“Nityananda’s Childhood Pastimes and Travels to Holy Places”.

কথো লোক বলিলেক,—“হৈল বজ্রপাত” কথো লোক মানিলেক পরম উত্পাত ॥ ১০ ॥
कथो लोक बलिलेक,—“हैल वज्रपात” कथो लोक मानिलेक परम उत्पात ॥ १० ॥
katho loka balileka,—“haila vajrapāta” katho loka mānileka parama utpāta || 10 ||
katho loka balileka,—“haila vajrapata” katho loka manileka parama utpata (10)
English translation:
(10) Some people said it was a thunderbolt, while others thought it was a great calamity.
