The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.8.22, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 22 of Adi-khanda chapter 8—“The Disappearance of Jagannatha Mishra”.

জয জয শ্রী-বামন-রূপ গৌরচন্দ্র দান দেহ’ হৃদযে তোমার পদ-দ্বন্দ্ব ॥ ২২ ॥
जय जय श्री-वामन-रूप गौरचन्द्र दान देह’ हृदये तोमार पद-द्वन्द्व ॥ २२ ॥
jaya jaya śrī-vāmana-rūpa gauracandra dāna deha’ hṛdaye tomāra pada-dvandva || 22 ||
jaya jaya sri-vamana-rupa gauracandra dana deha’ hrdaye tomara pada-dvandva (22)
English translation:
(22) All glories to Śrī Gauracandra, who accepted the form of Lord Vāmana! Please donate Your lotus feet in charity to my heart.
The second line of this verse means “O Gaurasundara, I pray that You manifest the lotus feet of Your Vāmana form in my heart.” In this regard, one may refer to the complete surrender of Bali Mahārāja, recorded in the Śrīmad Bhāgavatam, Eighth Canto, Chapter Twenty-two.
