The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.7.12, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 12 of Adi-khanda chapter 7—“Shri Vishvarupa Takes Sannyasa”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 1.7.12:

অনুজের দেখি’ অতি বিলক্ষণ রীত বিশ্বরূপ মনে গণে’ হৈযা বিস্মিত ॥ ১২ ॥

अनुजेर देखि’ अति विलक्षण रीत विश्वरूप मने गणे’ हैया विस्मित ॥ १२ ॥

anujera dekhi’ ati vilakṣaṇa rīta viśvarūpa mane gaṇe’ haiyā vismita || 12 ||

anujera dekhi’ ati vilaksana rita visvarupa mane gane’ haiya vismita (12)

English translation:

(12) Seeing His brother’s uncommon activities, Viśvarūpa was struck with wonder and thought.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

The words vilakṣaṇa rīta mean “extraordinary or contrary behavior.”
