The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.5.123, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 123 of Adi-khanda chapter 5—“Eating the Mendicant Brahmana’s Offerings”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 1.5.123:

বালক দেখিযা বিপ্র করে “হায হায” সবে নিদ্রা যায, কেহ শুনিতে না পায ॥ ১২৩ ॥

बालक देखिया विप्र करे “हाय हाय” सबे निद्रा याय, केह शुनिते ना पाय ॥ १२३ ॥

bālaka dekhiyā vipra kare “hāya hāya” sabe nidrā yāya, keha śunite nā pāya || 123 ||

balaka dekhiya vipra kare “haya haya” sabe nidra yaya, keha sunite na paya (123)

English translation:

(123) On seeing the child, the brāhmaṇa cried out, “Alas! Alas!” But no one heard him, for they were all fast asleep.
