The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.5.61, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 61 of Adi-khanda chapter 5—“Eating the Mendicant Brahmana’s Offerings”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 1.5.61:

হাসিযা যাযেন প্রভু যে-জনার কোলে সেই জন আনন্দ-সাগর-মাঝে বুলে ॥ ৬১ ॥

हासिया यायेन प्रभु ये-जनार कोले सेइ जन आनन्द-सागर-माझे बुले ॥ ६१ ॥

hāsiyā yāyena prabhu ye-janāra kole sei jana ānanda-sāgara-mājhe bule || 61 ||

hasiya yayena prabhu ye-janara kole sei jana ananda-sagara-majhe bule (61)

English translation:

(61) As the Lord smiled and sat on various people’s laps, whoever held Him merged in an ocean of bliss.
