The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.5.13, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 13 of Adi-khanda chapter 5—“Eating the Mendicant Brahmana’s Offerings”.

ঘরে যে আছেন দামোদর-শালগ্রাম পঞ্চ-গব্যে সকালে করামু তানে স্নান ॥ ১৩ ॥
घरे ये आछेन दामोदर-शालग्राम पञ्च-गव्ये सकाले करामु ताने स्नान ॥ १३ ॥
ghare ye āchena dāmodara-śālagrāma pañca-gavye sakāle karāmu tāne snāna || 13 ||
ghare ye achena damodara-salagrama panca-gavye sakale karamu tane snana (13)
English translation:
(13) “Tomorrow morning I will bath our Dāmodara śālagrāma with pañca-gavya.
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
The word dāmodara-śālagrāma refers to one of twenty-four varieties of śālagrāma-śilās. (One may refer to the fifth chapter of the Hari-bhakti- vilāsa.) The family Deity of Jagannātha Miśra was Śrī Śālagrāma.
