The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.4.53, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 53 of Adi-khanda chapter 4—“Name-giving Ceremony, Childhood Pastimes, and Thieves Kidnap the Lord”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 1.4.53:

ধান্য, পুঙ্থি, কৈ, কডি, স্বর্ণ, রজতাদি যত ধরিবার নিমিত্ত সব কৈলা উপনীত ॥ ৫৩ ॥

धान्य, पुङ्थि, कै, कडि, स्वर्ण, रजतादि यत धरिबार निमित्त सब कैला उपनीत ॥ ५३ ॥

dhānya, puṅthi, kai, kaḍi, svarṇa, rajatādi yata dharibāra nimitta saba kailā upanīta || 53 ||

dhanya, punthi, kai, kadi, svarna, rajatadi yata dharibara nimitta saba kaila upanita (53)

English translation:

(53) In order to examine the child’s preference, they kept paddy, a book, roasted paddy, money, gold, and silver in front of Him.
