The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.2.219, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 219 of Adi-khanda chapter 2—“The Lord’s Appearance”.

অতি-সুমধুর মুখ-আঙ্খি মহারাজ-চিহ্ন সব দেখি ॥ ২১৯ ॥

अति-सुमधुर मुख-आङ्खि महाराज-चिह्न सब देखि ॥ २१९ ॥

ati-sumadhura mukha-āṅkhi mahārāja-cihna saba dekhi || 219 ||

ati-sumadhura mukha-ankhi maharaja-cihna saba dekhi (219)

English translation:

(219) The Lord’s face and eyes are most sweet, and His body is decorated with the signs of a king.
