The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.2.192, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 192 of Adi-khanda chapter 2—“The Lord’s Appearance”.

যে তোমারে যোগেশ্বর সবে দেখে ধ্যানে সে তুমি বিদিত হৈবে নবদ্বীপ-গ্রামে ॥ ১৯২ ॥
ये तोमारे योगेश्वर सबे देखे ध्याने से तुमि विदित हैबे नवद्वीप-ग्रामे ॥ १९२ ॥
ye tomāre yogeśvara sabe dekhe dhyāne se tumi vidita haibe navadvīpa-grāme || 192 ||
ye tomare yogesvara sabe dekhe dhyane se tumi vidita haibe navadvipa-grame (192)
English translation:
(192) “You who are seen through the yogis’ meditation as Yogeśvara will now be seen in the village of Navadvīpa.
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
“The great mystic yogis meditate on Your form in their hearts. You will manifest that eternal transcendental form for the benefit of the residents
of Navadvīpa.”
