The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.2.138, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 138 of Adi-khanda chapter 2—“The Lord’s Appearance”.

কি কশ্যপ, দশরথ, বসুদেব, নন্দ সর্ব-ময-তত্ত্ব জগন্নাথ-মিশ্র-চন্দ্র ॥ ১৩৮ ॥
कि कश्यप, दशरथ, वसुदेव, नन्द सर्व-मय-तत्त्व जगन्नाथ-मिश्र-चन्द्र ॥ १३८ ॥

English translation:
(138) All the good qualities of Kaśyapa, Daśaratha, Vasudeva, and Nanda Mahārāja were found in the person of Jagannātha Miśra.
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
All personifications of pure goodness like Kaśyapa Muni, the father of Upendra; Daśaratha, the father of Rāmacandra; Vasudeva, the father of Vāsudeva; and Nanda Mahārāja, the father of Vrajendra-nandana, were all simultaneously manifested in the person of Jagannātha Miśra.
