The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.1.67, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 67 of Adi-khanda chapter 1—“Summary of Lord Gaura’s Pastimes”.

সহস্র-বদনে কৃষ্ণ-যশ নিরন্তর গাইতে আছেন আদি-দেব মহী-ধর ॥ ৬৭ ॥
सहस्र-वदने कृष्ण-यश निरन्तर गाइते आछेन आदि-देव मही-धर ॥ ६७ ॥
sahasra-vadane kṛṣṇa-yaśa nirantara gāite āchena ādi-deva mahī-dhara || 67 ||
sahasra-vadane krsna-yasa nirantara gaite achena adi-deva mahi-dhara (67)
English translation:
(67) While bearing the universe on one of His hoods, Anantadeva chants the glories of Kṛṣṇa with each of His thousands of mouths.
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
Lord Śrī Ananta Śeṣa, who holds the universe on His hood, constantly chants the glories of Lord Kṛṣṇa with His thousands of mouths. One may refer to the purport of verses 12 and 13 in this regard.
