The Chaitanya Bhagavata 1.1.33, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 33 of Adi-khanda chapter 1—“Summary of Lord Gaura’s Pastimes”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 1.1.33:

এক ঠাঞি দুই-ভাই গোপিকা-সমাজে করিলেন রাস-ক্রীডা বৃন্দাবন-মাঝে ॥ ৩৩ ॥

एक ठाञि दुइ-भाइ गोपिका-समाजे करिलेन रास-क्रीडा वृन्दावन-माझे ॥ ३३ ॥

eka ṭhāñi dui-bhāi gopikā-samāje karilena rāsa-krīḍā vṛndāvana-mājhe || 33 ||

eka thani dui-bhai gopika-samaje karilena rasa-krida vrndavana-majhe (33)

English translation:

(33) The two brothers, Kṛṣṇa and Balarāma, both performed rāsa-krīḍā pastimes in the company of the gopīs at the same place in Vṛndāvana.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

The word rāsa-krīḍā in this verse refers to the Holi festival, as explained by Śrīla Jīva Gosvāmī in his Laghu-toṣaṇī commentary on Śrīmad
