Sanskrit text, Unicode transliteration, Word-for-word and English translation of verse 1.6.112:

अरे बालेऽतिवाचाले तत् कथं ते गवादयः ।
अधुना रक्षकाभावान् नष्टा इति निशम्यते ॥ ११२ ॥

are bāle'tivācāle tat kathaṃ te gavādayaḥ |
adhunā rakṣakābhāvān naṣṭā iti niśamyate || 112 ||

The old mother of Kaṃsa spoke, “Arey, chatterbox, you are babbling like a child! If that is the case, have we not heard that now in the absence of a guard all those cows and animals have nearly perished!

Commentary: Dig-darśinī-ṭīkā with Bhāvānuvāda

(By Śrīla Sanātana Gosvāmī himself including a deep purport of that commentary)

If the animals of Vraja are getting their protection, then why everywhere the rumor that in the absence of a guardian (Śrī Kṛṣṇa) all the cows and animals are getting lost? Therefore, you say that the vraja-vāsīs do not need a guardian for the protection of the cows; that is a fib. You are really being chatty like a foolish, little girl.
