śrī-parīkṣid uvāca
tat śrutvā kutsitaṃ vākyam aśaktā soḍhum añjasā |
yaśodāyāḥ priya-sakhī rāma-mātāha kopitā || 102 ||

Śrī Parīkṣit Mahārāja said: Śrī Rohiṇī-devī, the mother of Śrī Balarāma, could not tolerate the revolting words of the mother of Kaṃsa and became angry and began to speak thus.

Commentary: Dig-darśinī-ṭīkā with Bhāvānuvāda

(By Śrīla Sanātana Gosvāmī himself including a deep purport of that commentary)

The words of Padmāvatī were repulsive, because they feigned to be the words of prema, nevertheless Śrī Rohiṇī-devī became angry being unable to tolerate them. Showing anger towards her, she began to speak.
