Sanskrit text, Unicode transliteration, Word-for-word and English translation of verse 1.6.47:
श्री-रोहिण्य् उवाच—
राजधानीं यदुनां च प्राप्तः श्री-मथुराम् अयम् ।
हतारि-वर्गो विश्रान्तो राज-राजेश्वरोऽभवत् ॥ ४७ ॥śrī-rohiṇy uvāca—
rājadhānīṃ yadunāṃ ca prāptaḥ śrī-mathurām ayam |
hatāri-vargo viśrānto rāja-rājeśvaro'bhavat || 47 ||Śrī Rohiṇī-devī said: By destroying the demons, Śrī Kṛṣṇa obtained Mathurā, the capital of the Yādavas, and now He is enjoying the happiness of leisure as the King of kings.
Commentary: Dig-darśinī-ṭīkā with Bhāvānuvāda
(By Śrīla Sanātana Gosvāmī himself including a deep purport of that commentary)
Śrī Kṛṣṇa will go back to Vraja after fulfilling the remaining desires of the Yādavas who are His relatives and friends. For that alone Śrī Rohiṇī-devī is quoting the two verses beginning with rājadhānī (the capital). Śrī Kṛṣṇa attained glorious Śrī Mathurā and is relieved from His war efforts as King of kings. He is now residing in Dvārakā and enjoying leisurely.
