Sanskrit text, Unicode transliteration, Word-for-word and English translation of verse 1.5.45:

श्री-परीक्षिद् उवाच—
अथ क्षणं लज्जयेव मौनं कृत्वाथ निःश्वसन् ।
धर्म-राजोऽब्रवीन् मातृ-भातृ-पत्नीभिर् अन्वितः ॥ ४५ ॥

śrī-parīkṣid uvāca
atha kṣaṇaṃ lajjayeva maunaṃ kṛtvātha niḥśvasan |
dharma-rājo'bravīn mātṛ-bhātṛ-patnībhir anvitaḥ || 45 ||

Śrī Parīkṣit Mahārāja said: O mother, remaining momentarily quiet and taking one long sigh out of shyness, Mahārāja Śrī Yudhiṣṭhira, while surrounded by his mother, brothers and wife, spoke.

Commentary: Dig-darśinī-ṭīkā with Bhāvānuvāda

(By Śrīla Sanātana Gosvāmī himself including a deep purport of that commentary)

Mahārāja Śrī Yudhiṣṭhira, after hearing his own glories, felt ashamed. Here the suffix iva means that actually the nature of bhakti is to be dissatisfied; therefore, by considering his glories as extremely childish and absurd, Śrī Yudhiṣṭhira felt despondent at heart. Then falling silent for a moment and taking a deep breath, he began to speak along with his mother, brothers and wife. Here it is said that he spoke with the mother, brothers and so forth, however, they revealed their opinions one after another. This will be revealed afterwards.
