Summary: The English translation of the Brahma Sutras (also, Vedanta Sutras) with commentary by Ramanuja (known as the Sri Bhasya). The Brahmasutra expounds the essential philosophy of the Upanishads which, primarily revolving around the knowledge of Brahman and Atman, represents the foundation of Vedanta.

Ramanjua’s interpretation of these sutras from a Vaihsnava standpoint and interposes fundamental Vishishtadvaita principles. His commentary is also know as the Sri Bhasya.

Alternative titles: Rāmānuja Śrībhāṣya (रामानुज श्रीभाष्य), Rāmānujācārya (रामानुजाचार्य, Ramanujacarya, Ramanujacharya), Śrī-bhāṣya (श्री-भाष्य, Shri-bhashya).
