cittaikāgryāpayoginīṃ dehādhikāriṇāṃ darśayannāha samamiti dvābhyām | kāya iti dehasya madhyabhāgo vivakṣitaḥ | kāyaśca śiraśca grīvā ca kāyaśirogrīvam | mūlādhārādārabhya mūrdhāgraparyantaṃ samamavakram | acalaṃ niścalam | dhārayan | sthiro dṛḍhaprayatno bhūtvetyarthaḥ | svīyaṃ nāsikāgraṃ samprekṣya ityardhanimīlitanetra ityarthaḥ | itastato diśaścānavalokayanāsīta ityuttareṇānvayaḥ ||13||

bhavati kaścidrāgī strīcitto na tu striyameva paratvenārādhyatvena gṛhṇāti | kiṃ tarhi ? rājānaṃ devaṃ | ayaṃ tu maccitto matparaśca sarvārādhyatvena māmeva manyata iti bhāṣyakṛtāṃ vyākhyā |

vyākhyātṛtve'pi me nātra bhāṣyakāreṇa tulyatā |
