Summary: This is the English translation of the Atmabodha Upanishad (belonging to the Rigveda): a minor Sanskrit treatise selected amongst a collection 108 extant upanishads, dating to at least the 1st millennium BC.

The Atmabodha-upanishad first extolls the god Vishnu (Narayana) and later teaches on Atmabodha ("State of knowledge of the inner self") which is the core theme of the Upanishad

Alternative titles include Ātmabodhopaniṣad (आत्मबोधोपनिषद्) and Ātmabodha Upaniṣad (आत्मबोध उपनिषत्)
