jīvanto bhakti-lābhāya
    kevalaṃ prāṇa-vṛttayaḥ
ayatnopanītaṃ śuddhaṃ
    bhuñjate keśavārpitam

jīvantaḥ—living; bhakti—of devotional service; lābhāya—for the attainment; kevalam—exclusively; prāna—of the life-air; vṛttayaḥ—actions; ayatna—without endeavor; upan\itam—attained; śuddham—pure; bhuñjate—eat; keśava—to Lord Keśava; arpitam—offered.

The devotees only live to attain devotional service. Theyaccept pure foodstuffs, offered to Lord Keśava, and attained without great endeavor, only to maintain the body for this purpose.
