This is a sculpture of Ulagalanda Perumal or Trivikrama. Lord Visnu when he incarnated as Vamana demands three small steps of land as Dana. When granted he assumes his massive form and measures the earh and sky with two steps. He places the third step on Maha Bali the great King.
