Gilgamesh Seal—The Indus-seal showing a man with two tigers has been compared with the Mesopotamian priest-king, Gilgamesh of the city of Uruk (Biblical Erech) in circa 2600 B.C. According to a fragment of the epic in Hittite, Gilgamesh was 16 feet tall and could fight two tigers alone.

do bagho ke bica purusha akriti / selakhari

गिलगिमेश सील—मोहनजोदड़ो से प्राप्त वह सील जिसमें एक मनुष्य की 2 बाघों से लड़ते हुए दिखाया गया है इसकी पहचान 'उरूक' शहर (मेसोपोटामिया) कें पुजारी राजा गिलगिमेश से की गई है। हित्ती महाकाव्य के एक भाग के अनुसार गिलगिमेश 16 फीट लंबा था तथा 2 बाघों से एक साथ लड़ सकता था।

gilagimeśa sīla—mohanajodaro se prāpta vaha sīla jisameṃ eka manuṣya kī 2 bāghoṃ se larate hue dikhāyā gayā hai isakī pahacāna 'urūka' śahara (mesopoṭāmiyā) keṃ pujārī rājā gilagimeśa se kī gaī hai| hittī mahākāvya ke eka bhāga ke anusāra gilagimeśa 16 phīṭa laṃbā thā tathā 2 bāghoṃ se eka sātha lara sakatā thā|

gilagimesha sila—mohanajodaro se prapta vaha sila jisamem eka manushya ki 2 baghom se larate hue dikhaya gaya hai isaki pahacana 'uruka' shahara (mesopotamiya) kem pujari raja gilagimesha se ki gai hai| hitti mahakavya ke eka bhaga ke anusara gilagimesha 16 phita lamba tha tatha 2 baghom se eka satha lara sakata tha|
