Pudke Kharayo (पुड्के खरायो) in Nepali refers to the Hispid Hare (Caprolagus hispidus, from the Caprolagus genus and Leporidae family). It is is mentioned as one of the “Protected animals of Nepal”.

The word Pudke can also be transliterated as Puḍke.

The word Kharayo can also be transliterated as Kharāyo.

Together, the words can be transliterated as Pudkekharayo or Puḍkekharāyo.
