This wood sculpture shows an image of Dipankar Buddha.—In Nepal, the Dipankar Buddha is worshipped as Samyak Devata during alms-giving festival. This image is seated on the lotus base in abhaya-mudra, a gesture of reassurance and flanked by two female divinities.

Dipankar can also be spelled as Dipamkar, Dipankara, Dipamkara, Dīpaṅkara or Dīpaṃkara Buddha (दीपंकर बुद्ध).
