This bronze sculpture shows an image of Bhairava with Shakti, from the 19th century A.D.—This tantric imagery of six-armed Bhairava is shown flanked by his female consort [viz., Shakti]; on the left Bhairava is holding his usual attributes like skull-cup, sword, trident, etc.
Bhairava (भैरव) can also be spelled as Bhairab, Bhairaba or Bhairava while Shakti can also be spelled as Sakti or Śakti (शक्ति).
