This bronze sculpture shows an image of Saraswati, from the 20th century A.D.—Saraswati is popular as the Goddess of learning. This image of Saraswati is shown here holding her usual attributes as a string, lute, a rosary and a book in each hand.

Saraswati can also be spelled as Saraswoti, Sarasvati or Sarasvatī (सरस्वती).
