This photograph shows the western gateway of Tilaurakot (Kapilvastu).—The western-gateway is known in Nepali as Pracina-pashcima-dvara or प्राचीन-पूर्व-द्वार (prācīna-paścima-dvāra).

Tilaurakot can also be spelled as तिलौराकोट् (tilaurākoṭ).
