主知說 [zhǔ zhī shuō] [zhu zhi shuo]—
1. An ethical doctrine. It advocates that completely accurate knowledge is the sole standard for moral life. Socrates (蘇格拉底 [su ge la di]) and Spinoza (斯賓挪沙 [si bin nuo sha]) both advocated for this view.
2. An aesthetic doctrine. It argues that the value of beauty is determined by the content of the artwork. Aristotle (亞理斯多德 [ya li si duo de]) advocated for this view.
主知說：1.倫理學上的學說。主張完全真確的認識為道德生活唯一的標準，如蘇格拉底、斯賓挪沙均主張此說。
2.美學上的學說。主張美的價值決定於藝術品的內容，亞理斯多德即主張此說。
