The Petite History of Civilization, Chapter 44: "He sent a written order to the Wuhu (蕪湖 [wu hu]) Intendant, instructing him to investigate and report back within a specified time who the owner and the chief writer of the Wuhu Daily (蕪湖日報館 [wu hu ri bao guan]) were."
