長馬 [zhǎng mǎ] [zhang ma]—
Horses suitable for long-distance travel. From the 16th chapter of "Xingshi Yinyuan Zhuan" (醒世姻緣傳 [xing shi yin yuan chuan]): "After checking the date, they allocated the 'chang ma', and appointed the people to escort them both inside and outside."
長馬:可以長途跋涉的馬。《醒世姻緣傳》第一六回:「看了日子,撥了長馬,差定了裡外送的人。」
zhǎng mǎ: kě yǐ zhǎng tú bá shè de mǎ. < xǐng shì yīn yuán chuán> dì yī liù huí: “kàn le rì zi, bō le zhǎng mǎ, chà dìng le lǐ wài sòng de rén.”
