詐偽 [zhà wěi] [zha wei]—
Fraud and hypocrisy. From "Slapping the Table in Amazement, First Collection," Volume 6: "Among the crowd were those who had resented him in the past. They told everything about his name (姓名 [xing ming], xìngmíng), his usual deeds of adultery, theft, fraud (, zhàwěi), and other wrongdoings (奸盜 [jian dao], jiāndào), whether long or short, one by one."
詐偽:欺詐虛偽。《初刻拍案驚奇》卷六:「眾人有平日恨他的,把他姓名及平日所為奸盜詐偽事,是長是短,一一告訴出來。」
zhà wěi: qī zhà xū wěi. < chū kè pāi àn jīng qí> juǎn liù: “zhòng rén yǒu píng rì hèn tā de, bǎ tā xìng míng jí píng rì suǒ wèi jiān dào zhà wěi shì, shì zhǎng shì duǎn, yī yī gào sù chū lái.”
zha wei: qi zha xu wei. < chu ke pai an jing qi> juan liu: "zhong ren you ping ri hen ta de, ba ta xing ming ji ping ri suo wei jian dao zha wei shi, shi zhang shi duan, yi yi gao su chu lai."
