有財有勢 [yǒu cái yǒu shì] [you cai you shi]—
To have both wealth and power. From Slapping the Table in Amazement (《初刻拍案驚奇 [chu ke pai an jing qi]》), Volume 20: "For example, if one side has wealth and power, those who are greedy for money and admire power (趨財慕勢 [qu cai mu shi]) will mostly go to that side."
有財有勢:有錢財又有勢力。《初刻拍案驚奇》卷二○:「比如一邊有財有勢,那趨財慕勢的多只向一邊去。」
