Yōkar (யோகர்) refers to one of the sixteen Sri Lankan Siddhas, otherwise known as the īḻattuc cittarkaḷ (ஈழத்துச் சித்தர்கள்), according to Na. Muthiah in his Eelathu Siththarkal (“Mystics of Sri Lanka” published by Kumaran Pathippakam.
